Lovely Italy

Rome (for me) is the most beautiful city. Actually, it’s a tie between Rome and Paris!:)

Anyway, I had a panic attack in Rome because my digicam malfunctioned while waiting for Pope Benedict's papal blessing at St Peter’s square. Luckily, I found a store in the back alleys  (it wasn’t even an electronics store but a digital printing store which happens to have 3 camera units for sale!). Whew! 

Must see's in Italy:  

Sistine Chapel , St Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museum (we got to visit PPII's tomb), Trevi Fountain (the way to toss a coin is to turn your back against the fountain, use your right hand and toss it over your left shoulder),  Colosseo, Arch of Constantine, Roman Forum, Leaning Tower of Pisa (it isn't as high as it looks in postcards) and Duomo Cathedral

 P.S. Don’t forget to try the gelato when in Italy! Yummy!:) I had gelato every meal. Hehe...
Also please be extra careful when in Rome – there are lots of pickpockets, snatchers and con artists (disguised as tourists asking for directions).
