At the second floor of the Science Discovery Center in Mall of Asia - I discovered the LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Center for kids.
They have a workshop for kids (7 yrs old and above) called “Dr. Heartbeat” -- my son signed up for it, and he had a great time.
The kids are assigned a PC and a small LEGO robot. They’re supposed to make the robot do things (like shoot a “dart” or pick up balls).
Kids program the robot’s actions from the computer -- and this is bluetoothed to the robot.
The session lasted about an hour and payment includes 3 practice sessions. (P200 only! but this is an introductory price, I think) He’s signed up for the next class, and can’t wait.
