regarding your first question, Yes, you can post an old blog from your blogsite. Just create a new blog with the same content here in Kamusta.com.
regarding your second question, Yes, it is also allowed but we hope you can support the website by creating the same content here in Kamusta.com.
it's ok if you duplicate the content here in Kamusta.com, Hindi naman kami seloso eh. :-)
